Keith McDonald and Don Walker purchased the accounting practice from Ken Bird on the 15th December 1995 which was then located in the Pearson Building 23 Middle Street, Cleveland. In July 1997 the business was moved to the Station master’s Cottage 204 Middle Street and in September 2010 moved to its current location of 209 Middle Street Cleveland. For the year ending 30 June 1996 we had 776 clients - we currently have in excess of 2500 clients.

The client mix ranges from individual taxpayers to substantial companies with multiple locations throughout Australia. In addition we have numerous international non-resident clients. We have developed a market niche for due diligence for resident unit managers (RUM) in management rights. We also undertake audits on real estate trust accounts and incorporated associations.

The number of self-managed super funds continues to grow. To service this growing need we have recently appointed an in-house financial advisor.

The firm has expanded to six full time accountants, one part-time accountant and one part-time undergraduate accounting student, with secretarial support.
